End of year programmes are annual programmes organised by ROHC for its beneficiaries geared towards their moral and social development. The 2015 end of year programme was organized at our newly opened Centre, Welfare, Mobility and Empowerment in Ayikuma on 19th of December, 2015.
The program started with a service at the St. Peter's Catholic Church in Ayikuma. The catechist in charge led the ROHC family in thanking God for the end of a successful year. The choir of the church joined our beneficiaries in singing carols songs as Christmas was also around the corner.
The ROHC family then moved to WEM to continue with social activities. The fun filled games were mainly between FCP and WEM.
Fun activities held were football (male and female), volleyball, sac race, race (100m and 400m) and lime on spoon.
After the day’s activities, our beloved beneficiaries were served a delicious meal of jollof rice with chicken.
A sense of belonging, team work, healthy competition were displayed by our beneficiaries both from FCP and WEM.
Everyone had a lot of fun and the big compound could provide much space for all games.
