Mobile and Fresh food for WEM

In our maiden local fundraising activity, our focus was on a tricycle to facilitate food and foodstuff transport. ROHC has successfully purchased the tricycle with contributions from local donors in support of the NGO. The tricycle was bought for GH¢ 6,700 on Saturday, 23rd July, 2016.

Prior to the fund raising exercise, a proposal was developed and distributed to socially committed and interested people of the Ghanaian society by staff members of ROHC to raise funds in May, June and July 2016. ROHC’s staff members have done well in collaboration with your commitment and support so that we have already achieved an amount all together which has never before been collected locally in ROHC. For that, we are glad and grateful and want to say:

But still: A balance of Gh¢ 2,626 has been pre-financed by ROHC, which is almost in 100% depending on foreign donations. We would like to make a change. Everyone in Ghana is asked and recommended to help us with whatever amount he or she can raise so that we can cover the rest amount finally – to impress and make our Fathers in Germany happy and to be encouraged and proud to see a Ghanaian social responsibility growing gradually together with ROHC.

As our baby project, ROHC will commit resources to nurture this baby grow, not only in its sustainability but by conceiving other projects supported and contributed by Ghanaians who have the will and commitment in extending their social responsibilities through ROHC. These projects as interventions will go a long way to bring about the desired change that we envisage in our beneficiaries into living an autonomous life.

The family of ROHC says a big thank you, our individual donors to make our first baby come to life.
